ROYAL HOTEL

The Royal Hotel was part of the Theatre Royal building of 1812 but fronted on Lockyer Street.

After sustaining major damage during the Second World War, the Royal Hotel was demolished.  The site was used for temporary buildings for the Navy, Army and Air Force Institute (NAAFI).
